Me and some girls are doing the Walf for life for cancer research, breast cancer I think but not sure. Definately for cancer of that I am sure.
here is the link http://www.raceforlifesponsorme.org/georgiatechstars
I will try to run it but will probably end up jogging and then walking for a bit and then jogging across the finish line.

Now I have moved up a class

For the past six weeks I have got a manicure every week. I am above doing my own nails. I don’t even own any nail polish remover. I am truly upper to middle class now. And we are on a budget now to save for the wedding, so I made my lunch EVERY day this week so I could afford to get my nails done on Friday. I also change colours depending on what I am doing, for example when In New Zealand I thought I am relaxing, a pale pink will do, in LA I was wanted to blend in so I had hot pink and in London I am mad to be back at work so Bright red. My nails are truly an indication of my mood they are now my number one priority, even above eating. Long may it last.

Ps I have now had several meetings about the photocopiers things are on the up!

My work

I know you are not meant to talk about work on your blog as you get in trouble but I have had a frustrating day today and the source of the frustration is a photocopier. How can I hate a photocopier so much? actually can’t even talk about it, makes my blood pressure rise just thinking about it.

now for LA

Now for the greatest two day binge of food and shopping ever. Its LA in all its glory. Warning there may be an unflattering pictures of me intoxicated. Take no notice the cocktails were good and cheap. Hungover getting ready to leave LA
Ahh it's Chill Wills star on the walk of fame, I love Chill.

Salad USA style

Drunk in a bar. Obviously I am trying to grow my eyebrows in a Jennifer Connoly type of way, obviously it's not working. I will pluck them tonight.

City of Angels, the city I live in, lonely as I am together we cry. da da dadun

More pictures from NZ

Before we get started on the wondefullness that is LA, here are some more pictures from my time in NZ.
Above is me intensely, Raewyn and Mum.
My and my homies hangin' out in St Heliers.
My Dad likes to see who is coming to visit him by hanging out his kitchen window. If you ever visit Johann this is what you will see, don't be alarmed he is friendly just a little enthusatic.

Dan and Jamie acting natural.

My and my sister just before we ate two of the most delicious desserts evah.

Ahh the view, its magical.

Hello already, I love LA.

The Ivy, see if you can spot J-me.

The sneaker shop above, even sidesways its impressive.

We landed in LA last week for a two nights shopping binge and I loved it. It was winter and 25 degrees and sunny. This is my kind of town.

People are very friendly though a little too friendly they say hello to you a lot in the shops. I just really preferred to be left alone when I shop I must have been living in England too long.
So we arrived and then had a shower and went shopping to the Grove, this is where Posh Spice shops, we didn’t see her though we did see the back of someone’s head who was famous, people were asking to get their picture taken with him. I didn’t see who he was but he was wearing a hat and white shirt if that helps.

Then the next morning we did a tour of the stars homes which hadn’t been updated since 1986. Typical highlights were Loni and Burt Reynolds house, (who?) and Sammy Davis Junior house (who I am pretty sure has been dead for about 15 years), then we saw the walk of fame and other sights.

Then The Ivy for lunch and more shopping including a sneaker shop which I am not kidding had about 4000 pairs of sneakers so many they where piled on the floor. And they we went out for dinner, I had southern fried chicken, mac and cheese and collard greens. And Jamie had meatloaf. How American is that! Really American and then we got drunk at the standard hotel, so drunk I was texting a friend and forgot how to spell Los Angeles and even stupider didn’t abbreviate it to LA. I had to ask some people at the bar how to spell it. A word of warning Americans are friendly in shops but not so friendly when you are asking them stupid questions in a bar. America, it’s a country of paradoxes. And then I danced illegally to some hip hop Jamie however still had some good moves.

The next morning I was hung over so we hung out by the pool, in winter! Byside us there was a man rehearsing, I was going to offer to ‘run his lines’ with him, Jamie said he was probably okay rehearsing by himself. And we were so hungover we felt sorry for ourselves and then we hopped on the plane and came back to London.

Photo highlights to follow, you lucky sausages.

Ps the weather in London sucks, it is snowing today, I have gone for lovely sun to stinky snow.

ppss another wicked thing about america the TV rules!

pps had half a day to help with mt jetlag, but actually watched deal or no deal, it still rocks.

one last picture xxx

Here is me in the sun.
I forgot one thing for my list.

NZ only has dial up internet and it suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuckkkkkkkkkkkkksssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss big time.

Things I have forgotten about NZ

My Mum’s nice to me a lot and when she hasn’t seen you for 18 months doesn’t make you do housework and buys you expensive biscuits.

Auckland is humid but the water is softer so my hair is nicer and easier to style.

My friends are funny.

Big sunglasses will get you nocvitce in small towns and not in a good way.

People are very friendly and say hello a lot it makes me uncomfortable I really prefer to be left alone.

You don’t have to watch your handbag at all times in case it is stolen, likewise you can talk on your mobile phone and it not get nicked out of your hand.

The sun burns, burns burns, like a burning ring of fire.

Jamie hates the heat and isn’t afraid to let me know.

Swimming in the sea wreaks havoc with my hair and I never look as good in a bikini as I would like.

People don’t swear at you in the street and I have only been asked for money once buy someone who wanted some smokes. Didn’t give it to her I grew up here I know how much the dole is!

I can drive! No need for public transport. I had to take a taxi the other day and my Mum was sure it would cost me $100. It didn’t it only cost me $31.00

Sunny NZ

My sister and I tucking into a yummy desert at my Mum's birthday. It was chocolate meringue with hazelnuts and it was delicious. As you can see I still haven't learnt how to rotate photos yet and my Mum only had dial up (damn New Zealand) so it is taking an age to upload these photos.
Jamie with our friend Marlon having a chat. You will notice we are drinking half pints that is because no bar in Auckland serves full pints. It is a sin and they charge the same for a half pint of beer what you would pay in london for a full pint. When will Auckland move out of the dark ages and into the year 2007?

Right more stuff to follow but I can not stress how slow my Mum's computer is and how long it has taken me to upload these photos so you might be lucky. xxx

some pictures for my neighbours fans in London

It's Karl with a beard! In this scence they were discussing the fate of Karl's new chciken. It does not look good for the hen. might be chicken stew for dinner tonight.
