Don't try this at home

On Sunday we did our 5 kilometre run. It was hot, hot hot. The sun beat down on our backs and I got a little bit burned, first time ever in London in three years. It had faded by the afternoon. So we finished it in about 40 minutes and then had Pimms in the sun and came home for a long, long sleep.

Jamie’s birthday tomorrow so we are out for some dinner.

And I have sprained my thumb in touch rugby, I was spaz and totally missed catching the ball. now I can’t type or write, but I still have to go to work. Bums. And also I can’t give the thumbs up anymore, which is a annoying because it was going to be my new thing. Will have to stick with the hang loose sign now. Bummer.
I tell you sport is dangerous to your health and general well being.

Here is our team,
Lucy, Zoe, Jaime, Georgia, Me and Mel.
Also not quite sure why I am standing like a six year old boy, but I am
